Kintore Coaching 

With over 25 years in education, I began my journey as a secondary school teacher in Scotland before progressing rapidly into middle and senior leadership roles. My career took me beyond the UK, allowing me to work internationally in Malaysia, Germany, Singapore, and Qatar. These experiences fostered a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and the nuances of leadership, communication, and professional development across different settings.

Throughout my leadership journey, I naturally found myself engaging in coaching conversations – supporting colleagues and teams to navigate challenges, make confident decisions, and achieve meaningful outcomes. However, it was during my NPQH studies that I truly recognised the power of coaching as a structured, transformative tool. This realisation led me to formally enhance my expertise, completing a Level 5 NLP Coaching qualification with Simply Changing.

The name Kintore is a tribute to my roots in North East Scotland – the place where my journey began. The meaning behind it is equally significant: "Ceann" (the head or the end) and "Torr" (a hill) symbolise the ups and downs we all face. Coaching is about empowering you to navigate those hills – your struggles and accomplishments – with confidence and resilience.
